We are thrilled to announce that we will now supply renowned, prestigious cheese maker Beemster.
A family-run Dutch brand, Beemster was founded in 1901 with stories dating back to the 17th century. In the time since, they have become renowned worldwide for their traditional, time-tested techniques of producing flavourful cheese using rich creamy milk of Beemster cows and goats.
Beemster cheese comes from a special region in the Netherlands, called Beemster Polder, designated as the Unesco World Heritage site. The unique soil here is rich in minerals, resulting in a sweeter, smoother milk. Beemster also has a focus on sustainability throughout the supply chain from field to cheese, promoting their Happy Cows, Happy Farmers, Happy Planet Policy.
Beemster is the first Dutch Dairy Co-op to be certified climate neutral and by 2030, aim to be Climate Positive.

Lines joining our catalogue include Beemster speciality and seasonal creamy goudas, truffle, mustard and a selection from their award-winning Robust gouda collection. The Royaal Grand Cru, a particular favourite, was developed by their master cheesemakers to honor their history and wealth, it is rich, nutty and has a firm texture.
Jessica Honey, commercial manager, says.
“We are extremely excited about this new partnership for Curd & Cure to launch such a fantastic range of high-quality Goudas direct from Beemster in Holland. Beemster is renowned in the industry for producing the richest and creamiest milk, using traditional handcrafted methods, and delicious award-winning cheeses while remaining sustainable.”
