Fen Farm Dairy - Punch - 1x175g

Punch is Fen Farm's take on a Lactic style cheese. It is a seasonal rind-washed cheese made on their suffolk farm during the summer months using fresh milk from our herd of free-ranging Montbéliarde cows.

Punch has a soft gooey rind and moussey centre that brings a sweet yeasty flavour of a meaty broth. This cheese has been created to use the rich, high cream milk that their cows produce at the height of summer whilst they graze on the Waveney pastures.

The young cheese is hand salted and later washed in a morge wash to provide it with the distinct flavours and colour.

Yeasty / salty / crispy bits of the roast beef / caramel / sweet hay.
