PAYMENT
We operate a Direct Debit payment scheme.
We issue customer statements on the 1st and 16th of each month for reconciliation purposes.
If credit limits are exceeded or outstanding payments are late, your account will be placed on hold until payment is made.
We reserve the right to remove credit facilities and unpaid accounts will be passed on to our debt collection agency and all charges in collecting
will be passed on to the customer.
PRICES
Prices sometimes change, and this can be with short notice. We reserve the right to pass on price increases imposed by our suppliers. Where we
can, we will always endeavour to communicate any change to pricing.
All orders are accepted on the understanding that charges will be made at prices current at the time of delivery.
VAT will be charged on items where applicable.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
On own brand and supplier branded individual cheese, deli meat and deli tubs there is a 5 units per line MOQ.
Orders below this will incur a 2.5% small order surcharge.
- £120 minimum order value for CT, ME and TN postcodes
- £150 minimum order value for all other postcodes
- Orders under this amount will incur a £19.99 surcharge
TITLE
It is understood that the goods remain the property of Curd and Cure Limited until payment is received in full.
CLAIMS
On the occasion that there is a discrepancy or shortage of your order, or if goods are damaged, you must advise us by phone or email customer.
accounts@curdandcure.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. We are happy to replace any damaged or faulty products that are reported in this period.
All goods should be inspected upon delivery, and a customer signature is required to confirm that goods have been received satisfactorily.
Upon the return of damaged or faulty products to our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account within 48 hours.
Any claims after this time will not be refunded or replaced.
We are unable to accept the return of goods that have been price marked and on sale in your premises.
SELL BY DATES
We always endeavour to provide our customers with the longest shelf life possible at point of delivery.
Our company minimum dates are outlined below:
- All hard cheese and meats (except gala pie): minimum 7 days.
- Soft cheese, gala pie, mozzarella, creams or similar fresh products in this category: minimum 5 days.
- All ambient products: minimum 1 month
