This isn't a traditional customer service role. It’s about building relationships, creating opportunities and helping customers discover new cheeses and grow sales.

• Growing customer spend by identifying new opportunities.
• Recommending exciting cheeses, seasonal products and local producers.
• Reviewing customer buying patterns and spotting trends.
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conducting proactive account reviews to unlock growth opportunities.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences with every interaction.
• Keeping accurate account plans and customer records.
• Working closely with colleagues to help achieve team and business goals.

We’re looking for someone that loves talking to people about cheese. While experience in customer service or telesales is a bonus, it’s not essential. If you’re a proactive seller and enjoy building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll support both the financial and operational running of the business, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and strong administrative control across multiple areas.

This is a varied role that will evolve with the business, but responsibilities will include:

• Supporting finance reporting and data accuracy
• Assisting with reconciliations, reporting, and general finance admin
• Maintaining and managing internal systems and data
• Supporting operational processes and day-to-day administration
• Ensuring processes are followed and information is up to date
• Working across teams to support smooth day-to-day running
