Dozmary is a bold new soft cheese, crafted as a richer, more full-flavoured evolution of the maker’s Cornish Camembert.
Beneath its bloomy rind lies a buttery, indulgent paste that ripens to a luxuriously oozy texture. Aromas are vegetal and earthy, while the flavour profile balances rich creaminess with a complexity that deepens as it matures.
This is a cheese with presence, indulgent, characterful, and unapologetically Cornish.
Inspired by the wild beauty and myth of Bodmin Moor, Dozmary takes its name from Dozmary Pool, said in Arthurian legend to be the final resting place of Excalibur.
Made with milk from Cornish herds and matured locally, it embodies both regional terroir and artisan craft.
