Persian Gold is a fresh, lactic Jersey cow cheese, with a more pronounced acidity and a firmer texture. Which means it can be sliced or diced, making it perfect for fresh starters and salads but also soft enough to spread on a cracker.
The cheese is in a jar with Kentish Oils award-winning cold-pressed Rapeseed oil infused with Garlic, Basil & Marjoram, with addedThyme, and Peppercorns to finish.
In flavour it is zesty, bright and slightly salty with hints of fresh herbs. Spread this coarsely onto bread, use on salads or simply eat as a snack.
Made with pasteurised cows milk and vegetarian rennet.
